        Hi, I'm Laura - baker, decorator, website updater and boss of The Bijoux Bakery. (It sometimes feels like I do everything round here...)

I trained at the City of Bath college under the expert tuition of Sandra Monger, and have attended masterclasses in various places including the Little Venice Cake Company in London, learning from "the Bentley of cake makers", Mich Turner, MBE.

I love cake.

I work from my own kitchen in central Bath and the business is registered with Bath & North East Somerset Council with a 5 star rating from the Food Standards Agency.
